Moratalla participates in the Legal Workshop "Physical and psychological maltreatment habitual and its representation in minors" held in Caravaca de la Cruz on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The presentation of this workshop was attended by Mrs. Alicia Barquero Sánchez, General Director of Women and Mr. José Moreno, Mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The Councilor for Women Juana María Abellán and the Mayor of Moratalla Candi Marín, along with Local Police, Civil Guard and technical staff of the City Council come to the day to continue to delve into the issue of gender violence from a legal and psychological perspective.
The day was developed through two working tables;
The legal, with the statements of Fatima Saura Magistrate Judge of the Court of VG No. 2 of Murcia- Concepción López Prosecutor of the Court of VG No. 2 of Murcia and Blanca Castillo Letrada of the Bar Association of Murcia.
This table reported on how to demonstrate habitual physical and psychological violence, legislation on minors, new criminal types in GB, and evidence and complaint against psychological abuse.
The second working table, which gave a psychological perspective, was directed by Maravillas Castro Psychologist and Coordinator of Psychological Attention for children and daughters of Women Victims of Gender Violence, Carolina Pérez Psychologist of Cavi Noroeste, and Juana Martínez Sánchez Adviser Legal of the Northwest Cavi.
