Started the Regional Councils of Employment that will give work to 192 people in the next six months (31/07/2018)

It has a grant from the Ministry of Labor through the SEPE of more than € 781,000 for the recruitment of personnel

The mayor of Moratalla, Jesus Master, has kicked off this morning in the hall of the City Hall bringing together many of the people who will run the jobs promoted by the District Councils of Employment 2018.

There will be a total of 192 workers who in the next six months, divided into two periods of three months, will carry out different tasks of environmental and agricultural maintenance in the municipality of Moratalla.

This is one of the most important measures for the generation of employment in the municipality that will have a positive economic impact on hundreds of families, through a grant requested by the City of Moratalla to the Ministry of Labor through the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).

This subsidy has a budget of € 781,270 for the hiring of these 192 workers, who have been assessed with the previously established criteria, in which the Employment and Training Service performs the pre-selection of applicants and executes the selection, and finally it is the City Council who hires ultimately.

Jesús Amo stressed that "this employment program is very important for the municipality because it distributes a few months of work that are very relevant for a part of the population that most needs this type of support, and that also has a positive impact on society through the generation of wealth through the work done, and is a very good opportunity for reintegration into the labor market and also for those who do not have a stable job that guarantees more months of work.
