In relation to the news broadcast by a media in the morning today echoing a lawsuit that is processed in the court of Caravaca, I point out that:
It is a personal complaint, based on false assumptions and I will prove it in the right place.
In all my career I have been characterized precisely by defending the rights of the workers and I have never abandoned those principles.
I have fought for the rights of the working class when I have been a trade unionist and now also in my stage as mayor, facilitating the recovery of rights of the municipal staff and improving the working conditions of people who are temporarily hired in the City.
No one who knows my political and trade union background, nobody who knows me, will believe that I have been able to exert any type of harassment or pressure on colleagues or workers.
The Popular Party has not been slow to implement a strategy of harassment towards me and what I represent politically in the face of the continuous imputations that are receiving the leaders of his party, the most striking of which in our region is the president, As a way to divert attention to this reality.
The accusation, in addition to being false, does not correspond to any of the cases of corruption in which they are imputed or convicted dozens of leaders of the Popular Party.
On the other hand, we have appealed the admissibility of this complaint, considering that the allegations made are unfounded.
I regret that those who have demonstrated their irresponsibility as public officials and who have not been able to present proposals and initiatives to improve the lives of people intend to transfer to the judicial arena their political strategy to undermine the work that has done the government of IU-Ganar Moratalla.
