Given the call for public information committee by the local government of the PP in Moratalla and verifying their absence and lawlessness reflected in accordance with the rules of the Law on Local Government, the PSOE Moratalla has requested an extraordinary plenary session to discuss, where appropriate and based on the law on the privatization process of public lighting of the town:

Moratalla PSOE presented in the General Register of the City a brief in which the call for an extraordinary plenary session is requested, to discuss in depth and make decisions about everything that has happened around the privatization of streetlights.

Since PP Moratalla sent the notice of alleged information commission, which is beyond legality.

The PSOE of Moratalla believe that the issues should be discussed in the relevant bodies, especially in the highest organ of democratic representation that is full, which is why we have made this request for extraordinary plenary.
