The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, and the Mayor of Moratalla, Antonio García, today inaugurated the new bridge over the ravine of Comendador, on the road that connects the town with the Camping de la Puerta, which represents an investment of 664,000 euros, as well as the replacement of a section of road 480 meters long which gives access to it.
Barnabas recalled that this work was made possible "thanks to the agreement signed at the time between the Autonomous Community and the City of Moratalla to finance the project, the execution corresponded to the session" and outlined that "this action was necessary to improve road safety for the many visitors available to the camping and natural space that is nailed ".
In this regard, the Minister for Public Works had an impact on the road crossing the Rambla del Comendador, near the mountains of Cerezo and Muela, "bears a heavy traffic increased during the weekends and in the holiday periods, like the one just started these days, by the presence of an important tourist resort. This high traffic flow, added to a winding route and the absence of a bridge this intervention was necessary ".
