Throughout the month of January, the City Council through the Health and Safety Committee, the technical support of CCOO and the External Prevention Service (PREVEMUR), perform the psychosocial risk assessment of employees / municipal ace.
The government of the City of Moratalla, in compliance with its commitment to ensure the safety of workers / as municipal, will perform together with the delegates of prevention measures to prevent risks, in order to improve their conditions labor.
One of the first actions that will take place during the month of January is the realization of psychosocial risk assessment, in order to identify risks and improve or correct conditions that are present in a work situation and are directly related to the organization, job content and performance of the task, and that can affect both the welfare and health (physical, mental or social) of the worker, and the development work.
The outcome of the assessment will allow the government team by the Health and Safety Committee and Prevention Service corrective measures to improve the working conditions of all staff and thus improve the services provided to citizens.
